This new collection created under the direction of creative director Cadwallader, compliments the womens body, without compromising on comfort thanks to the clever combination of Mugler’s bold designs and Mugler’s innovative techniques.
“Casey’s unique sensibility and personal vision have revived Mugler’s artistic and experimental legacy,” said Silvia Azzali, Wolford’s commercial director. “His talent honors the craftsmanship and attention to detail required to design these couture creations. Together, we will continue to strengthen Wolford’s position as a forward-thinking leader in the skinwear industry through our exclusive and exceptional collaborations.”
Cadwallader added: “Wolford is the world leader in second skin and is particularly valued by Mugler for its expertise and sophistication. I had the chance to see the latest innovations and archival pieces from the brand and to work directly with the Wolford team on this new collection.”
Zhong Lin was the photographer for the publicity campaign, which featured four models including Lara Stone, Sora Choi and Aj Yel, styled by Haley Wollens.
