Birkenstock launches capsule collection with Staud

Marking their first partnership, the collection includes limited-edition Birkenstock sandals and special-made Staud ready-to-wear apparel and handbags. All pieces were designed to be accessible, yet high-end, to offer summer staples for day and night for all consumers.
In particular, the collection introduces two iconic footwear silhouettes — the Arizona and Gizeh Big Buckle
Finally, Los Angeles-based Staud designed two handbags and twelve ready-to-wear pieces. The ready-to-wear collection comprises a skirt and top ensemble, eight dresses and two sweaters, reflecting a timeless and free-spirited aesthetic. Rounding-out the limited-edition capsule, are classic handbag styles available in a range of colors that pairs back to the footwear and clothing collection. Items range from $165 to $495.
For the launch, Birkenstock and Staud has named Nordstrom as the exclusive retail partner. Nordstrom will highlight immersive displays of the limited-edition capsule collection at The Grove and their NYC flagship. The collection is equally available at Staud.clothing and Birkenstock.com.
