Puma taps European marathon champion Aleksandra Lisowska

As part of the agreement, Lisowska will wear the brand’s performance products starting at the Rotterdam Marathon on April 16. In particular, she will wear Puma’s Deviate Nitro Elite 2, which is made with a carbon fiber “PwrPlate” that ensures stability and maximum running efficiency and cushioning thanks to Puma’s Nitro Elite foam.
Lisowska started her athletics career in the steeplechase and cross country running before taking on longer distances such as the half-marathon and the marathon. Most recently, in summer 2022, she won the marathon at the European Championships in Munich.

With a new line of products featuring Nitro foam, Puma is aiming to leave its mark on global marathon tracks, while inspiring local run communities around the world.
Earlier this month, Puma signed a long-term agreement with reigning Olympic 100 meters Champion Marcell Jacobs from Italy. In 2022, Puma also signed Qatari athlete Mutaz Essa Barshim, one of the most successful high jumpers of all time.
