Cream cheese and crab is a pretty classic combo, with both hot dipscrab chowderspicy crab dip. And thatâs what this recipe is, although you can control the heat a bit. The recipe calls for a single serrano chile. My preference is to include half the seeds in the dip and discard the second half. This gives the dip vivid heat that doesnât outshine the crab and other aromatics.
If you really love heat, by all means use all the seeds. If you or your appetizing companions are a little more timidall the same peppers
