J.C. Penney expands fashion portfolio with Frye and Co.
J.C. Penney announced on Monday the launch of Frye
Frye and Co. for J.C. Penney expands the national retailer’s portfolio of fashion brands with a lifestyle apparel collection, as well as boots and bags, made with the J.C. Penney consumer in mind. The Frye & Co. footwear and accessories is available in 300 stores, while apparel can be found in 150 stores across the country. The full Frye & Co. assortment is available on Jcp.com.
In particular, Frye and Co. provides timeless silhouettes, sophisticated design details and contemporary styles for men and women including sherpa jackets, boho midi dresses, fair isle sweaters, shirting, pants and more available in sizes XS – 3X and men’s big and tall. Meanwhile, the boots selection is available in women’s sizes 6 – 11 and men’s sizes 7 – 13.
Looking ahead, the retailer said it will launch cold-weather pieces, and home and tech accessories in late fall 2022, just in time for the holidays.

Earlier this year, J.C. Penney also launched a new men’s casualwear brand, dubbed ‘Mutual Weave’. Prior to that, it introduced fast-fashion brand Forever 21
